Based in Tampa, FL, Deliver Media uses first-party data and third-party data with predictive analytics powered by machine learning to launch dynamic multi-channel marketing campaigns that yield impressive ROI for clients. L & D Mail Masters, based in New Albany, IN, is a leader in secure data management and direct mail production. Known for their SOC 2 Type II compliant services, they bring robust data protection and heightened compliance capabilities under Ironmark’s capabilities suite. 

Marking a significant milestone in our history, these two additions boast leading-edge technologies that promise to elevate our comprehensive suite of services to empower our clients’ marketing efforts including helping clients leverage their own customer data to achieve the results they want using machine learning and predictive analytics.  L & D Mail Masters is at the forefront of secure data management and direct mail production, offering SOC 2 Type II audited protocols that prioritize robust data protection and increased security.

The dual acquisition broadens Ironmark’s capabilities, integrating forward-thinking solutions that not only address but also anticipate the evolving demands of our clients. Adding these organizations that specialize in predictive modeling and highly sophisticated direct mail also solidifies our position as a national leader in commercial print, digital marketing, direct mail, and logistics. 

A New Chapter in Strategic Growth

With each acquisition over the decades, our ultimate goal remains the same: to simplify efforts for clients to find, engage, win, and retain more customers. 

Over the past twenty years, Ironmark has made strategic acquisitions, and today we bring that total to 16, each uniquely intended to expand our full suite of offerings. We’re proud to have seamlessly integrated these businesses into the Ironmark family, with 12 of the 16 original owners still with the company today; their expertise and passion remain a core part of our team.

Founded in 2013, Deliver Media is the go-to partner for franchises like Domino’s Pizza that want to leverage customer data to better understand how to interact with customers to foster the deep relationships that lead to repeat business and impressive ROI. L & D Mail Masters, founded by Diane Fischer in 1986, is trusted by insurance companies, financial institutions, universities, national sales organizations, publishing companies, healthcare organizations, and other industries looking to generate new business, personalize and retain relationships, and optimize their marketing dollars securely.  Merging these well-established organizations, each with their own sharply honed areas of marketing expertise into the Ironmark family creates an array of opportunities for our clients.

To ensure a seamless transition with no disruption to services, Deliver Media CEO Sean Johnson will retain his role as CEO and take on the role of Chief Strategy Officer for Ironmark. L & D Mail Masters’ core leadership team will continue to lead efforts, with Jill Peden continuing as VP of Sales and Marketing, as Founder Diane Fischer begins an exciting new chapter in her life, a well-deserved retirement! All employees of both companies will be incorporated into the Ironmark team across locations in Tampa, FL, and New Albany, IN. This transition provides additional talent and resources to Ironmark so that as we expand our team we will continue to do what we do best; help our clients.
