Most recently, leading the sales team at G&G Outfitters, Lamon provided consultation on employee, sales and marketing products to clients in industries from professional sports to educational institutions, human resources recruitment, mechanical engineering and more.

Lamon adds to Ironmark 35 years’ experience as a recognition and branded merchandise consultant, as well as his deep-rooted relationships with Fortune 500 companies nationwide. His appointment is part of the company’s plan for continued expansion into enterprise companies with new, high-impact service lines such as strategic consultancy, digital automation and multi-unit franchise marketing and operations solutions.
